Investigating - We are investigating an issue where some Laserfiche Cloud US customers are unable to access their repository. Users may seen an error stating "No such host is known" or "There was an error connecting to your repository"

Resolved - On Friday, September 5, 2025, starting around 8:30 AM Pacific time, some customers in Laserfiche Cloud US may have encountered an error stating, "There was an error connecting to your repository" when trying to access the repository. The issue was resolved by 9:25 AM Pacific time.
